    Ingredients

    • 2 cups unsweetened apple juice
    • 5 tbsp beef gelatin
    • 2 tbsp Agave (or honey)
    • 4 tsp vitamin C powder

    Directions

    1. Heat apple juice in a saucepan until almost boiling. Remove from heat.
    2. Whisk in gelatin until dissolved, then stir in agave and vitamin C powder.
    3. Pour into silicone molds and refrigerate until firm.
    4. Tip: No molds? Pour into a baking dish and cut into squares after setting.
    Storage: Keep refrigerated up to 2 weeks in an airtight container — perfect for lunch boxes or after-school snacks!
