Ingredients

  • ½ cup avocado mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for extra protein)
  • ½ cup milk (plus more to thin, if desired)
  • 1 tsp dried dill weed
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp fine sea salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • Fresh lemon juice, to taste
  • Optional: ½ tsp dried chives

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the avocado mayo, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
  2. Stir in dill, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and chives (if using) until evenly combined.
  3. Taste and whisk in fresh lemon juice—start with 1 teaspoon and adjust until the flavor pops. Thin with extra milk if desired.
  4. Pour into a jar, seal, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes for the flavors to develop.

Flavor Twist: Add a dash of smoked paprika or hot sauce for a spicy ranch kick.

Storage & Shelf Life

Refrigerate in a sealed jar up to 7 days. Stir or shake before serving—if it thickens, add a splash of milk to loosen.

Uses: Delicious as a dip for veggies, wings, or fries—or as a drizzle over grain bowls, wraps, and burgers.

Kid-Friendly Tip: Let little ones measure the herbs or shake the jar to “mix” the dressing—instant mini sous-chef moment.
