Ingredients
- ½ cup avocado mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for extra protein)
- ½ cup milk (plus more to thin, if desired)
- 1 tsp dried dill weed
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp fine sea salt
- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Fresh lemon juice, to taste
- Optional: ½ tsp dried chives
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the avocado mayo, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
- Stir in dill, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and chives (if using) until evenly combined.
- Taste and whisk in fresh lemon juice—start with 1 teaspoon and adjust until the flavor pops. Thin with extra milk if desired.
- Pour into a jar, seal, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes for the flavors to develop.
