Ingredients

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup freeze-dried fruit, no added sugar (strawberry, blueberry, or mango)

Directions

  1. Blend freeze-dried fruit to a fine powder using a food processor or blender.
  2. In a medium bowl, fold fruit powder into yogurt until fully combined (split into separate bowls for multiple flavors).
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Spoon yogurt mixture into a piping or zip-top bag, snip a small corner, and pipe pea-size dots onto the parchment.
  5. Freeze at least 2 hours until solid.
  6. Transfer melts to a freezer-safe container and return to freezer immediately.

Texture Tip: These melts soften almost instantly—safe for babies learning solids and perfect for toddlers on hot days.

Storage: Keep sealed in the freezer up to 3 months. Serve straight from frozen for best texture.

Dairy-Free Option: Swap Greek yogurt for coconut yogurt (melts will be slightly softer).

Kid-Friendly Tip: Let kids help pipe the dots! It’s messy, but adorable.

Bonus: try different fruit colors for a rainbow batch. 🌈
